Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
- Tracking available
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return, items must be:
- In original condition with tags attached
- Unworn, unwashed, and free of any odors
- In the original packaging with all accessories included
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Bikinis
- One Pieces
- Cover Ups
Exceptions are made if these items arrive defective or damaged – please contact us immediately in these cases.
How to Return an Item
- Submit a Return Request: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and items you wish to return/exchange.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and send return authorization with shipping instructions.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack your return in the original packaging with all tags and accessories.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
- Your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) will be credited
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- You’ll receive email notification when your refund is processed
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color (subject to availability). Follow the same return process and specify in your email that you’d like an exchange. We’ll ship your new item once we receive your return.
Damaged or Defective Items
