Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be:

  • In original condition with tags attached
  • Unworn, unwashed, and free of any odors
  • In the original packaging with all accessories included

Note on Swimwear & Intimates: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bikinis, one pieces, or cover ups unless they arrive defective or damaged.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to return your Shoreline Mood items:

  1. Submit a Return Request: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the items you wish to return or exchange. Use our template below to make it easy.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will review your request within 1-2 business days and send you a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack your return in the original packaging if possible, including all tags and accessories.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send your package to our returns center at:

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • Your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) will be credited
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • You’ll receive an email notification when your refund has been processed

Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Follow the same return process above and specify in your email that you’d like an exchange. We’ll ship your new item once we receive your return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a free return and replacement or refund.
